While we like to think that our investment thesis of rolling businesses into a family run portfolio for an indefinite period of time is unique, that is just not the case.  Over the past ten years, we have formed a small network of like minded family investors who prefer to leverage their personal bases of capital rather than going to "outside" money or leverage when acquiring businesses.

McNamara Family Ventures and its affiliates try and operate through geographic territories in order to see a greater number of opportunities.  Along with McNamara Family Ventures, Voyent Partners focuses on the southeastern U.S., while Beverly Capital and Rocky Point Ventures source deals from the mid-west and southwest, respectively.  Below is a list of other family offices that we work with along with descriptions and links to their websites.

Beverly Capital

Beverly Capital is a Chicago-based investment firm which brings years of successful investing and operating experience to the lower middle market.

We can provide equity or mezzanine financing to support management led recapitalizations, minority growth investments or strategic acquisitions. We often co-invest with other capital firms who take advantage of our industry and operating expertise and experience.
